I am Michael L. Butler, Founder and Executive Director of the I Love Music Tour. I take pride in being an avid music lover and band nerd. I am also Founder of the Teal Sound Drum and Bugle Corps of Jacksonville, Florida. Running Teal Sound for 8 years, I quickly learned first hand the importance of fundraising and marketing for an arts program. During my time working in the music industry, I also saw the need for performance opportunities for younger artist. The I Love Music Tour is the perfect marriage to mutually benefit each other. 

 

Our goal is to grow the I Love Music Tour nationally so that our legislators and other stakeholders will begin to see the critical need for music in the lives of our students through education. I look forward to bringing this great opportunity to schools and other non-profits across the country. Our staff works very hard to make this a memorable and affordable experience for all.
